What your first visit looks like

Dr. Stephanie Hochman then takes a history of your complaint, performs an evaluation, and makes a diagnosis. Treatment begins from there. Her treatments are gentle and effective — when your body is injured, the therapies you need are the ones that help muscles and bones function better, not the ones that fight them.
Documentation that holds up
Dr. Hochman takes notes at every visit documenting your complaints, your treatment and your progress. If you have an attorney, reports and notes go to their office periodically. She also provides impairment ratings, and refers for open MRI and specialist consultation when your case calls for it.
